This is the biggest edition-to-edition jump we've seen since we started diffing this document: the June 2026 Licensing Guide runs 89 pages, up from 72 in May, a 17-page increase in a single month. Most months add a paragraph or swap an agent description. This one restructured how the guide presents pricing entirely.

The structural change: entitlement tables are now built into the guide

Through May, the Licensing Guide described what each SL tier does, use rights, security roles, capacity, without stating what it costs. Pricing lived elsewhere, referenced only as "see [Product] Pricing | Microsoft Dynamics 365" links. As of June, every major application section gets its own dedicated Entitlements table, listing per-user/month list price directly alongside capacity and Copilot Credit entitlements.

Why this matters: before June, cross-referencing use rights against price meant keeping the Licensing Guide open in one tab and the live pricing pages open in another, and hoping neither had drifted out of sync with the other. As of June, that's one document. The entitlement tables we cite in D365 F&SC Licensing 101, Finance at $210/user/month, Finance Premium at $300, Supply Chain Management at $210/$300, didn't exist in this form before this edition.

This alone accounts for most of the page growth. Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and other major application sections each gained a full formatted table where previously there was a single sentence pointing elsewhere.

Three new agents, officially logged

Layered on top of the pricing restructure, June's Change Log records three genuine feature additions:

ApplicationChangeStatus
Sales Sales Research Agent reaches general availability GA
Business Central New Expense Agent: automates the full expense lifecycle from receipt capture through approval Paid Public Preview
Contact Center New Service Operations Agent: self-service configuration and governance for the contact center environment Paid Public Preview

The Sales Research Agent GA is worth flagging specifically: it completes the three-agent Sales lineup Microsoft has been rolling out (Sales Qualification Agent, Sales Opportunity Agent, and now Sales Research Agent), all now available to any Dynamics 365 Sales-licensed user rather than gated behind preview access.

What this means if you're tracking F&SC specifically

Neither of the two headline agent additions this month touch Finance or Supply Chain Management directly. Sales, Business Central, and Contact Center got the new capability. For F&SC readers, the pricing-table restructure is the change that actually matters: it's the reason we can now cite official per-user Finance and SCM pricing with a straight page reference instead of pointing you to a separate pricing page that might have moved.
